But you might not know how it all started — or why it means so much to us.

This year marks the third season of Holiday Sessions at JPix Studio. And each year, they grow more beautiful, more intentional, and more connected to our why.

It All Started With a Passion for Design (and People)

JPix founder and creative lead Catron has always had an eye for design. From furniture to textiles to seasonal styling, she sees the story behind the space — and how that story makes people feel.

When she designed the JPix Studio, she didn’t just want a blank canvas. She envisioned a space that felt thoughtful, luxurious, and lived in — one that clients walked into and said, “Wow… this feels like home.”
And they do. Every time.

As the compliments poured in about the studio’s warmth and layout, it sparked something:

“What if we opened our doors during the holidays… and used our space to give back?”

From Concept to Tradition

The very first JPix Holiday Sessions started with one simple goal:
Give our clients something special — a way to celebrate their families, say thank you, and make memories that matter.

We offered a discounted rate. We curated cozy, elevated sets. We played Christmas music in the background. Kids danced. Parents beamed. Generations came together for 20 minutes that turned into forever.

That first season? Sold out.

The second season? Even more beautiful — and even more full of love.

Now in year three, JPix Holiday Sessions have become a tradition. Not just for our team, but for the families who return year after year — with new babies, new hairstyles, new memories to capture.
